Someone told me that I am undergoing a lot of stress lately just by pressing my stiff shoulders. And that I may be depressed (in denial) because I consume a lot of food the past weeks.

Proof:

– Back and shoulder pains
– Stiff Neck
– Jeans are getting tighter
– Can’t wear my tight tees any longer
– Easily irritable at work
– Sleeping hours either too short (1 am – 6 am) or way too long (12 midnight -10 am)

Apart from getting a massage and seriously exercising (and btw learning to relax and not get too anxious with just about anything) what else can I do?
