The music business has been experiencing drastic changes apart from mergers happening with major players. As physical sales continue to drop by half yearly (not just due to piracy), the digital business is gradually making its presence felt.

As most music players turn to downloads for income, organizational structure within entities have to adapt to a totally differnt picture. Emphasis is towards digitized music. A paradigm shift is necessary.

I wonder….is this really for me or should I get into my own paradigm shift when there is still time.
